This was my first time using the platform, and overall, it went pretty well. Communication was fine, and the writing itself was solid. The only issue was that I paid for 900 words, but he went “rogue” and turned in about 1,200 instead. I even sent examples and a guide that clearly said the limit was 950 words, yet he still went over — so I had to trim it down myself. He also kept reminding me that he’s done this exact assignment before and was experienced, which made me think he’d know the basic criteria, like sticking to the word count… apparently not. He’s also super strict with edits and not the easiest to work with. Still, the writing quality was good, so I’d probably give him another shot.
